General Manager -Treasury & Investment

Our client is an investment holding company and a diversified group of businesses, based in the south west region of Nigeria, with interests across several

industries. The Group's interests include holdings in 12 subsidiaries, 14 associate companies, and other trade investments. The Group is currently

transforming its business and investment portfolio for improved performance and returns to shareholders, and is seeking experienced and motivated

individuals to join its senior management team.

Detailed Job Description:

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Group's treasury operations and ensuring the optimal performance of its investment portfolio. The position will also be responsible for financial appraisal, due diligence and capital raising for new investments, towards the development and achievement of the Group's strategic goals and objectives.


Qualifications and Experience

  • First degree in Finance/ Accounting from a reputable tertiary institution. A post graduate degree in related disciplines will be an added advantage

  • Relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACA, CFA, etc.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant management experience, with at least three (3) years at senior management level

  • A proven track record in managing a mixed asset investment portfolio and securing financing for new business ventures

  • 40 – 50 years old
